About Stancor Aerospace

Stancor Aerospace supplies plates, pipes, tubes and round bars in aerospace grades — titanium, nickel, aluminium, precipitation hardening stainless and high tensile alloy steel. Material is made or processed to a Stancor technical datasheet at qualified mills, inspected at source and released with certification traceable to the heat and lot.

The Grade, The Temper, The Paperwork.

Aerospace material is accepted on the condition and the certificate as much as on the alloy. Every item is released to a Stancor datasheet, PMI verified against its marking and shipped with the chemistry, mechanical and heat treatment records in one pack.

We Write The Spec. They Make It. We Inspect It.

Stancor Aerospace is a brand owner, not a mill. Material is made or processed to our technical datasheet at qualified partner mills in India and China — AS9100 and NADCAP accredited — inspected at source and released only when the records match the order. Our own facility is under construction.

Our Products

• Plates & Sheets — Titanium, aluminium, nickel and PH stainless plate and sheet, supplied in the ordered temper or condition.
• Pipes & Tubes — Titanium, 4130 aircraft quality, 15CDV6 and nickel alloy tube for fluid systems and tubular structures.
• Round Bars — Inconel 718, Waspaloy, 300M / 4340, titanium and 15-5PH bar in the machining or aged condition.
• Cut to Size & Kitting — Sawn, waterjet and abrasive cut blanks marked with part number, heat and lot, kitted by assembly.
